SHIPPING & RETURNS
Store Credit
We welcome all qualifying returns for store credit/exchange only within 30 days from date of purchase. If you would like another size - we do encourage you to purchase the new size you would like and we would happily REFUND your payment once we receive your return and include your new order number if you can.
Non qualifying items - smells of smoke, pet odor, or body odor; has stains, animal hair, has been washed/worn, or if the item is damaged it will not qualify. Items must be in its original condition with tags attached. If your items do not qualify for store credit/exchange you will need to make arrangements for it to be returned. If arrangements are not made - after 30 days the items will go to a donation center.
